Platform use
These Terms and Conditions explain how students, Tutors and visitors should use Your Live Tutor. By registering, logging in, purchasing a course, joining a live session, sending a message or using any dashboard feature, you agree to use the platform with honesty, respect and care. Each account is personal to the registered user. You should keep your login details private, protect your device, avoid sharing class links and use the learning materials only for your own study unless written permission is given.
Courses and live sessions
Courses may include live Tutor sessions, uploaded videos, assignments, downloadable files, practice tasks, message support, dashboard progress and completion information. The exact content depends on the course details shown before purchase. Students are expected to attend on time, participate respectfully, complete assigned work and follow the instructions shared by the Tutor. Tutors are expected to keep course information accurate, provide professional guidance and use platform tools for student communication.
Payments and access
Course prices, discounts, wallet funds, invoices and payment gateway choices are shown during checkout. Access begins after successful purchase or wallet confirmation. Some live class links may be locked to the student account, device or security token used for that course. This protects paid learning content and prevents unauthorized sharing. If a student wants another person to use a purchased course, the platform may require a gift access payment or a new purchase according to the displayed rules.
Communication rules
Students, Tutors and support users must not exchange personal phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles or private contact links inside messages, chat, assignments or tickets. The platform may hide such details, warn the user, block the account after repeated attempts and notify admin for review. Messages should stay focused on learning, support, course progress, assignments and platform help.
Admin rights and updates
Admin may approve Tutors, approve courses, review support requests, manage content, update pages, configure gateways, moderate communication and protect the platform from misuse. These terms may be updated as the service grows. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If any part of the platform feels unclear, contact support before purchasing or continuing.
