Copyright Policy
Ownership of platform content
Your Live Tutor respects original work and expects every user to do the same. The platform name, page text, dashboard design, course structure, blog content, policy text, graphics, interface patterns, uploaded platform images, support materials and learning resources are protected by copyright unless a page clearly says otherwise. Students, Tutors and visitors may view the content for normal platform use, but they may not copy, sell, republish, record, redistribute or reuse it as their own material without written permission.
Student and Tutor material
Students may upload assignments, documents, images or messages for learning support. Tutors may upload course thumbnails, videos, files, notes, assignments and profile documents. By uploading material, the user confirms that they have the right to share it on the platform and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Uploaded material may be used by the platform only for course delivery, review, support, moderation, security checks and account administration.
Course recordings and resources
Live sessions, preview videos, course files, Tutor notes and assignment feedback are for the enrolled student or approved class group. Recording a session, sharing a meeting link, distributing files outside the platform or reselling access is not allowed unless admin has given written approval. These rules protect Tutors, students and the quality of paid learning content.
Reporting a concern
If you believe any content on Your Live Tutor infringes your copyright, contact support with the page URL, description of the work, proof of ownership and your contact details. Admin will review the request and may remove, restrict or update the content while the issue is checked. False or incomplete complaints may delay action.
Permission requests
For permission to quote, reuse or license platform material, contact admin before using it elsewhere. We are open to reasonable educational use when credit, scope and purpose are clear.
