Your Live Tutor collects the information needed to operate a learning platform. This can include name, email, mobile number, course interest, profile details, Tutor documents, course purchases, wallet activity, invoices, messages, support tickets, chat history, newsletter subscriptions and technical details such as IP address or device information. We use this information to provide dashboards, process purchases, support students, review Tutor approvals and keep the platform secure.

How information is used

Student information helps us show purchased courses, assignments, invoices, sessions, messages and support records. Tutor information helps admin review expertise, approve accounts, display public profiles and manage course approvals. Support information helps the team answer questions and continue open issues. Payment gateway details are handled according to the selected provider settings. We do not intentionally sell student or Tutor information.

Security and communication

The platform includes privacy controls that hide phone numbers, email addresses and social media profile links when users try to exchange them through internal messaging or chat. This protects learning relationships and keeps communication inside the platform. Admin may review flagged messages, account warnings and support records when required for safety, policy enforcement or dispute handling.

Your choices

Users may update profile details, request account deletion where available and contact support about data concerns. Some records such as invoices, transaction logs, support actions and security events may be retained for legitimate platform operations, legal needs, accounting review or abuse prevention.
